Working Student (f/m/d) P&O Strategic Projects

Mode of Employment: Limited, max. 15-20 hours/week


As a working student (w/m/d) P&O strategic projects at Siemens, you have the opportunity to actively contribute in various areas and fully apply your skills. 

  

You’ll make an impact by

Supporting our global team of consultants and project managers in high-visibility P&O projects on an international scale:

Analyzing industry trends, news, and market insights Utilizing digital resources to support in data analysis and research Preparing presentations for meetings, alignment sessions, or discussion rounds Supporting day-to-day project work guided by team members Supporting the organization, delivery, and follow-up of workshops Contribute to our internal chapters, focusing on improving the way we work, collaborate, learn and grow, around the topics of Portfolio & communication Financial model KPIs & tools (incl. project charging, project cost forecasting, KPIs & dashboards), people growth and operational excellence 
  This is how you'll win us over EducationCurrently studying business administration, social sciences, psychology or a comparable subject (at least 4 semesters in Bachelor’s degree) Experience & SkillsVery good knowledge of Office365 (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams, ideally also Conceptboard Strong interest in P&O-related topicsSound analytical, organizational, and time management skillsPlus: knowledge in data analytics (Excel, PowerBi) Plus: Initial practical experience in P&O-related topics or consulting Plus: Preferably initial work experience in global internal companies Ways of workingEntrepreneurial “can do” attitude and pragmatic executionAbility to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines LanguagesYou have an excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
