What do you contribute?
As working student (f/m/d) in our strategic Human Resource (HR) team you will analyze data from various HR systems, as well as operational and finance IT systems with the aim of creating transparency. You analyze data from HR, operational, and finance systems to support business-critical insights.
Additionally, you build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize trends and key metrics. You manage data models and relationships to ensure clean joins and high-quality reporting. Furthermore, you regularly update and improve dashboards to reflect business priorities and data accuracy. You assist in preparing clear documentation and professional presentations for key stakeholders. Besides that, you transform complex data into engaging, easy-to-understand stories. You support our team by identifying and connecting relevant data points ("connecting the dots") for strategic HR initiatives.What do you bring along?
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Business Informatics or Economics with a data focus is also welcome). Additionally, you bring a solid understanding of statistics, analytics, and visualizing data through dashboards (ideally Power BI). You are familiar with data models, data joins, and can handle various data formats confidently. Furthermore, you show great attention to detail and help us maintain clean and reliable dashboards. Moreover, you support us with your experience in SQL, Snowflake, or data warehousing. Ideally, you have first experience in Python, R, or AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT, MS Copilot, or Azure Machine Learning. You have excellent English skills and enjoy working in an international environment. German is a Plus.What do we offer you?

Attractive conditions
With us you will receive an attractive salary. You start with 15,17€ per hour and receive 19,36€ per hour from the 7th month.
