Your new home base - The Equity & Compensation Services department

In your new role you will be part of a young & dynamic team. We administer all global equity-oriented compensation and participation programs for our customers Siemens, Siemens Healthineers and Siemens Energy and thus support approximately 300,000 employees worldwide. We cover all related service areas such as data administration, share allocation, employee communication, and tax & payroll.

You’ll make a difference by

You will support our global team in the digitalization of employee stock option and compensation programs for our customers Siemens, Siemens Healthineers & Siemens Energy and will be involved in key processes with your own responsibility You will participate in the description and presentation of complex issues as part of the automation of our processes and help with the analysis and preparation of data as well as the creation of reports You will support digitalization initiatives and the further development of the tools by helping to define and implement technical requirements You create documentation for existing business processes and manuals according to ISO standards You can fully contribute your skills to the identification and elaboration of optimization potentials for an efficient and lean administration of the employee share and compensation programs  

Your success is grounded in

You are currently studying business informatics, economics, finance or a similar course at a university in Germany You also have some practical experience in the business world (internships, student jobs or vocational training). Ideally, you have already gained some experience in an international cooperation You enjoy tasks around communication Personally, you convince us with a high level of initiative, analytical thinking as well as a structured, result-oriented and independent way of working You are proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and VBA. Knowledge in Python is a plus You can communicate fluently in English, B1 level in German is preferable
