Wellbeing Consultant, Health Solutions APAC
The Consultant will leverage advanced corporate wellbeing knowledge and consulting skills to apply health improvement strategies across the APAC region. This role requires a proven track record in leading client projects and teams, managing commercial opportunities, and driving outcomes to meet revenue targets.

What the day will look like
+ Manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities and drive outcomes to meet the practice’s revenue targets across the APAC region.
+ Pursue and engage in strategic discussions with clients, leading client work, discussions, and meetings.
+ Analyze diverse issues and data to develop conclusions and apply health improvement results to the organization’s business needs.
+ Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and approaches for improving population health in the APAC region.
+ Participate in data analysis and problem-solving to create scalable solutions that address health improvement and benefit strategies, improving productivity and performance.
+ Collect and manipulate data, understand the results of the analysis, identify and resolve inconsistencies, and make advanced recommendations and interpretations.
+ Seek ways to innovate, bringing fresh and new ideas to improve efficiency while maintaining quality.
+ Network with internal and external stakeholders in the wellbeing and health improvement space to build partnerships and relationships that add value to clients across the APAC region.
+ Hold deep subject matter expertise of the wellbeing vendor landscape and various regulatory requirements across APAC, including leave policies, statutory health check requirements, on-site screening standards, etc.
+ Act as an intermediary between vendors and clients.
+ Retain strong strategic partnerships with external vendors and maintain a database of preferred partners through relationship building and contracting.
+ Partner and participate in wellbeing-related trade organizations and conferences to position the company as a leading consultant in the space.
+ Drive best practices by championing consistent processes, tools, and techniques for profitable delivery and continual improvement in quality standards to meet overall business goals.
+ Work independently, often directing and coaching the efforts of others through project management, and apply judgment and learnings from one project to another.
+ Undertake other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the reporting manager.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Advanced knowledge in corporate wellbeing and health improvement strategies.
+ Proven experience in consulting and leading client projects and teams.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Deep understanding of the wellbeing vendor landscape and regulatory requirements across APAC.
+ Fluent in one Asian language.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience working in a multinational organization.
+ Familiarity with the APAC region and its diverse cultures.
+ Certification in wellbeing or related fields is an advantage.
