Wedding Coordinator
\n\nWhat will I be doing?\n

As a Wedding Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to couples and guests throughout the entire wedding planning process and event execution. Specifically, you will be expected to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n

Ensure all weddings are executed in accordance with brand standards and guest expectations.

\n\n\n

Provide personalized consultations with wedding clients to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations.

\n\n\n

Coordinate with all departments involved (banquets, kitchen, housekeeping, front desk, etc.) to ensure flawless event delivery.

\n\n\n

Maintain detailed wedding files and timelines, including menus, floor plans, vendor details, and payment schedules.

\n\n\n

Offer creative ideas and tailored solutions to enhance the couple’s experience.

\n\n\n

Organize and lead site visits and pre-wedding meetings with clients.

\n\n\n

Manage wedding logistics from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.

\n\n\n

Collaborate with external vendors (florists, photographers, DJs, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services.

\n\n\n

Provide on-site coordination during wedding events to ensure a smooth experience for the couple and guests.

\n\n\n

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage future business and positive word-of-mouth.

\n\n\n

Support the sales and events team in promotional activities and wedding showcases.

\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following:

Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS)

\n\n\n

Previous experience in events, banquets, or wedding coordination

\n\n\n

A relevant degree in hospitality, business, or a related field

\n\n\n
