JOB PURPOSE
The WASH PME Coordinator is responsible to ensure consistent, accurate and quality monitoring and evaluation of WASH programs in the country. This includes adherence to globally defined indicators and utilization of appropriate tools for measurement, reporting and dissemination. This role has a critical function in ensuring continuous quality improvement and sustained impact in WASH programs.

Required Professional Experience
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation of emergency and development programmes especially in WASHRequired Education, training, license, registration, and certification
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Science, Water Resource Management, related field or equivalent experienceThe position holder must be results oriented and a team player.Knowledge of WVI working systems, policies and standards will be an advantage.Must have a good understanding of management, business processes and standardsPreferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Training or certification in programme planning, monitoring and evaluation.Proficiency in written and spoken English.Excellent analytical skills using platforms such as SPSS, STATA, ENA SMART and NVIVOExcellent research skillsGood interpersonal, organizational and management skills.Ability to maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts, and physical hardship conditions.Ability to solve complex problems and to exercise independent judgment.Computer literate.Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
