Calm under pressure and can defuse high-tension situations comfortably and easily.5+ years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory roleProven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures including best practices, OSHA regulations, safety, etc.Excellent problem-solving skillsImpeccable written, verbal, and group presentation skills required. Ability to set clear directions and provide information so that others can make accurate decisionsAbility to work with all levels of staffProficient with warehouse management systems, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office programs - Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, vlookup, etc.), Outlook, Microsoft Teams, etc.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma/GED required.
