**Descripción.**
**EL Líder de Materiales coordinara las actividades diarias de Embarques y Recibos, supervisando al personal de su turno a cargo. Asegurando el cierre y entrega de Embarques diarios al Cliente, así como el Recibo de Producto Terminado de las diferentes entidades, asegurando la exactitud de las transacciones y del inventario. Apoyará a su Equipo para laborar dentro de las mejores Prácticas de Seguridad tanto para el personal como para las Premisas y el Equipo de Copeland.**
**Responsabilidades**
+ **Supervisar su personal en turno.**
+ **Coordinar y monitorear disponibilidad de tráilers para los Embarques programados.**
+ **Recibir Importaciones, BOLs y Embarques locales de acuerdo con el Procedimiento.**
+ **Comunicar y Reportar problemas sistemáticos encontrados en el proceso de Recibos / Embarques.**
+ **Verificar la exactitud de las transacciones de Recibos.**
+ **Elaborar su Bitacora diaria de actividades en formato ya establecido por Procedimiento.**
+ **Trabajar en equipo con los Coordinadores de Embarques para cumplimiento de Metas conjuntas.**
+ **Realizar Auditorías diarias en Almacén. Cumplir con su calendario de conteos.**
+ **Asegurar que su Equipo de Trabajo cumpla con sus checklist establecidos en Procedimiento:**
+ **Checklist diario de Montacargas**
+ **Checklist diario de Rampas**
+ **Checklist mensual de Escaleras**
+ **Comunicar y dar seguimiento a los hallazgos encontrados en sus checklist.**
+ **Trabajar en Equipo con su Supervisor inmediato.**
+ **Mantener y asegurar en todo momento un Ambiente de Trabajo Seguro, respetando las Políticas de la Empresa y promoviendo las Mejores Prácticas de Seguridad y de Trabajo en Equipo.**
**Habilidades / Requerimientos Básicos**
+ **Preparatoria terminada / Carrera trunca / Experiencia equivalente**
+ **3 / 5 años de experiencia en la Industria Maquiladora**
+ **Manejo de Montacargas, Estibador, Mula, Báscula, Escáner.**
+ **40-50% English**
**Información Adicional**
+ **Trabajo en equipo y actitud proactiva.**
+ **Experiencia en uso de programas computacionales, PC.**
+ **Captura de datos, manejo de informacion digital.**
+ **Familiaridad en manejo de MS (Excel, Word, Power Point)**
+ **Experiencia en manejo de Oracle -plus**
+ **Excel nivel medio+**
