Warehouse Coordinator - Level III
**DESCRIPTION** GPP Database Link (https://cummins365.sharepoint.com/sites/CS38534/) **Job Summary:** Under minimal supervision, coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management. **Key Responsibilities:** Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards. Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard. Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Promote interdependence by looking out for one another. Correct hazards within your control and capabilities. Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact. Lead HSE Training and actively engage workforce. Quality Follows all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures. Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. Performs quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Identifies and controls non-conforming material. Delivery Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations. Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills. Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard. Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Ensures training completion in line with business requirements. Seeks ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development. Ensures clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and supports planned operator care and maintenance tasks. Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals. Warehouse Inventory Control - Manages physical inventory utilizing inventory control methodologies to maintain inventory and meet customer expectations. Warehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse. Values differences - Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization. **Education, Licenses, Certifications:** High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. A two year University degree from an accredited program in Business, Engineering or a relevant field of study preferred. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. **Experience:** Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and third party logistics provider management. **QUALIFICATIONS** + 健康、安全和环境(HSE) + 能根据不同仓库的作业环境,进行全面的安全风险评估,识别潜在的安全风险因素; + 建立隐患排查机制,定期开展安全隐患排查工作,对发现的安全隐患及时安排整改措施,并跟踪整改情况,确保隐患得到彻底消除。 + 确保部门内所有员工严格遵守安全制度,对违反制度的行为进行纠正并按规定处理,定期检查员工安全制度的执行情况。 + 团队管理 1. 对新员工进行入职培训,包括收货流程、操作规范、质量标准以及安全注意事项等方面的培训。 2. 定期组织在职员工的技能提升培训,为员工提供职业发展规划建议,鼓励员工在发货组内晋升或向其他物流相关岗位发展。 3. 与物料采购、物料计划、客服等部门保持密切联系,及时了解订单情况和客户需求,确保收货工作的顺利进行。 4. 负责收货组员工半年一次的胜任力考评事宜,每位员工的月度考评及月度对话;根据考评结果对优秀员工进行激励,鼓励员工多向发展一岗多能。 + 计划组织 1. 能够根据每日收货任务量合理安排发货组员工的工作岗位和任务分配。 2. 能够提前与物料采购、物料计划、客服等外部门做好高效协同。根据计划及时调配内部资源,保证订单交付 + 现场管理 1. 负责仓库所有收货流程的更新、更改和起草工作。不断优化收货流程,以提高发货效率、降低成本并确保发货质量。 2. 严格监督收货流程的执行情况,确保每个环节都按照标准操作程序进行。 3. 根据每日到货情况及产能,合理分配人员、车辆,按照包装生产线的需求进行收货清点工作,实时跟踪现场收货Line数完成情况; 4. 确保在到货高峰期也能满足收货需求,避免出现货物积压或延误收货的情况。 5. 确保收货管辖现场5S的干净整洁;每天早晨及班毕后现场的5S检查;收货作业现场5S板的定期更新。 + 流程管理 1. 严格按照既定的收货流程操作,保证卸货、清点、上架的每一个环节,都要确保步骤不被省略或颠倒。 2. 整理和准备与收货相关的文件,如收货签收单等。确保这些文件的准确性、完整性和及时性。 + 项目和持续提高 1. 每年主动发起收货部门流程改进、效率提高的项目2个,并保证项目成功实施落地,达到既定目标。 2. 积极参加仓库开展的大型项目,作为项目组的主要成员,负责收货端任务的实施、开展、监督及落地。 3. 参加供应链端发起的项目,作为项目组成员积极与外部门团队协作,最终实现项目的成功落地。 + KPI考核指标 1. 保证组内员工每月FIFI上报率达到安全部门要求,每月完成2个单点课程; 2. 对下属员工每月完成1.5H的安全培训; 3. 确保组内全年可记录安全事故为0; 4. 确保仓库收货组(仓库端原因)月度上架准时率99%; 5. 确保收货组对每日上架库位动态盘点准确率99%以上。 6. 达到每年5%的成本降低的指标,每年5%的收货效率提升 **Job** Logistics **Organization** Cummins Inc. **Role Category** On-site **Job Type** Shop **ReqID** 2415156 **Relocation Package** Yes
