The Pem restaurant is named after Emily Wilding Davidson who was a prominent suffragette. Pem was her families’ affectionate name for her and we’re proud to dedicate The Pem to strong women leading from the front.

\n

We’re based in the heart of Westminster where so much of British history has unfolded, of which female figures have played an integral role. Today, we’re pushing forward, championing the career progression of women in hospitality.

\n

We’ve quickly built a strong reputation for elegant flavours using seasonal-led ingredients, locally produced. Since opening, we’ve won an array of awards including ‘One to Watch’ at the National Restaurant Awards 2021, and Two AA Rosettes in 2024.

The Requirements

We are looking for people to join us at the Pem that have the following attributes:

\n\nPrevious experience fine dining restaurants or restaurants with an accolade preferred\nA positive attitude towards your job, our guests and your co-workers\nA passion for learning new and varied skills and growing within our company\nThe energy to work in a fast-paced environment\nBe the face of The Pem and follow our service standards and procedures\nStrengthen and maintain product knowledge in order to be able to offer the highest guest experience\nHelp to maintain a clean and organised workplace, follow set up, and break down procedures \n\n
