As a successful VP, Partner Management, GSP's, you will lead a team acting as an extension of our client’s business representing Fiserv. You will be accountable for a client segment’s strategic and operational outcomes. As a Partner Manager Leader, you will ensure Partner Managers are providing consultation and cross-functional leadership to Fiserv support teams and managing the overall day to day relationship. You will have the opportunity to develop strategies, processes and people to effectively manage the client segment.
What you will do:
Develop a trusted partner relationship with client segment stakeholders and executive sponsorsLead and develop a Partner Management team that manages the client relationship by providing consultation and leadership to drive strategic and operational outcomesLead and develop a Project Management team that manages the client custom development projects by partnering with the client to develop requirements, testing and implementation strategiesDevelop and implement effective strategies and processes to manage client segmentsPartner with multiple business areas to build and implement business cases to hire dedicated resources, etc. to deliver on client business objectivesMonitor, report on, and resolve billing issues, unbilled items, financial risks and opportunities on an ongoing basisIdentify and implement metrics for internal and external monitoring and reportingWhat you will need to have:
4-year college degree or equivalent work experiencePrevious role(s) in Consulting, Account Management, Operations or Client Relationship Management10+ years experience with strategic relationship building with internal and external clients7+ years experience with program and project managementStrong leadership and collaboration skillsAbility to work outside of standard business hours as neededAbility to travel up to 20%What would be great to have:
MBA degreeExperience in payments processing or the financial services industry and experience cultivating strategic partnershipsIndustry experience in credit/debit, issuing, Group Service Providers, installment lending, ATM or financial institution experience Contract and negotiation experienceFamiliarity with Fiserv Debit and Credit Processing Platforms, STAR, ATMs, and related productsThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
