We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Systems Administrator.

In this role, you will:

1st – 2nd Line Production Support for the domainIncident Management, ensuring all root causes are followed up with engineering / vendor Deliver an Infrastructure and software provisioning for the domainBe part of capacity and performance management capability for the domain in conjunction with engineering Ensure SLA commitments are met, and escalate accordingly Ensure ISR policies and procedures are adhered to Work with Engineering and operations to ensure our environment is monitored appropriately and healthy.
