To be responsible for the brand's visual communication across all exclusive stores in Colombia, Venezuela, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Panama (including owned boutiques, franchises, and outlets). Implement image and VM campaigns, set up window displays, and merchandise products on the sales floors of each location, following the brand’s visual guidelines.
Main activities:
Implement image and visual merchandising (VM) campaigns, set up window displays, and merchandise products in the sales areas of exclusive stores according to the action calendar.
Implement and oversee the full update of the brand’s image (window displays and in-store layout) each season, as well as the regular thematic rotations in exclusive stores, following the brand’s visual guidelines.
Manage the prototype process of window displays and in-store setups in a lab store, creating a product zoning layout.
Implement and supervise the rollout of each new window display and store zoning from the lab store to all exclusive stores, adapting them to each location’s size and product mix.
Foster feedback and alignment between the Visual Image & VM, Merchandising, and Commercial teams.
Send all exclusive stores the VM GUIDELINE presentation for each campaign, including reference photos of window displays, key looks for mannequins, feature tables, and internal niches.
Compile and prepare a presentation of all exclusive store window and in-store launches to be shared with the regional VM and Commercial teams after each campaign.
Implement the in-store VM system and designate a support figure in each exclusive store.
Train and educate exclusive store staff on general and seasonal VM guidelines.
Visit, train, and coach exclusive stores in other regions once per season.
Execute window displays and in-store setups for seasonal showrooms.
Support marketing, press, product, and image training events.
Supervise that the VM team carries out proper inventory control of institutional POP materials.
Contribute to the planning and tracking of the overall VM budget on an annual and monthly basis.
Assist in the planning and monitoring of the travel budget on an annual and monthly basis.
Develop and validate with the Commercial, Merchandising, Trade Marketing teams and suppliers the implementation schedule for each campaign in exclusive stores.
Support the Trade Marketing team with window display activations by coordinating materials with suppliers.

Profile Professional background:Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within multinational companies
Academic background in fields related to Visual Merchandising, such as Fashion, Design, or Advertising
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Leadership, commercial awareness, customer orientation, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
