Verification & Validation Technician (7am- 3pm)

This Verification & Validation Technician will be carrying out technical assistance and formal procedure execution, to support product development.
**Your role:**
+ Supports complex laboratory projects, executing, and delivering projects on time and demonstrating the ability to prioritize competing demands, working under general supervision.
+ Ensures effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, innovators, vendors, and senior management, clearly communicating complex technical information, manage expectations.
+ Prepares and delivers basic technical presentations and reports, effectively communicating research findings and data analysis to a variety of audiences.
+ Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex technical problems, applying advanced knowledge and skills to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and ensuring project progress is not hindered.
+ This role will cover (1st shift 7am-3pm) in a work week. Also, it can be up to 50% Travel to other client locations.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in Research and Development (R&D) environment, Engineering Laboratory or equivalent.
+ Minimum High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
+ Competencies include; Self-motivated, Team player, Good communicator, Initiative in identifying and resolving problems.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than we are apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in (New Kensington, PA.) is $24.38 to $39.00, plus overtime eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
