This Verification & Validation Technician will be carrying out technical assistance and formal procedure execution, to support product development. **Your role:** + Supports complex laboratory projects, executing, and delivering projects on time and demonstrating the ability to prioritize competing demands, working under general supervision. + Ensures effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, innovators, vendors, and senior management, clearly communicating complex technical information, manage expectations. + Prepares and delivers basic technical presentations and reports, effectively communicating research findings and data analysis to a variety of audiences. + Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex technical problems, applying advanced knowledge and skills to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and ensuring project progress is not hindered. + This role will cover (1st shift 7am-3pm) in a work week. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
