The Selling Partner Experience team is looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer to lead the design direction of SXO experiences. As a design leader, you will have a significant impact on business and lead the design direction across a suite of products. You will partner closely with product and engineering to define and achieve the vision.

Key job responsibilities
* Analyze UX problems and create design solutions that meet measurable business requirements and goals
* Incorporate market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design
* Quickly and iteratively create interaction flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups throughout the design process
* Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications
* Present design work to UX, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership
* Initiate and manage design research and testing processes
* Perform metrics analysis to inform design decisions
* Partner with the technology team to ensure we leverage the scale offered by our platform without compromising on core experiential principles
* Partner with others in the broader design community to develop and extend the experience across the array of offerings

A day in the life
A typical day could involve meeting with key stakeholders to discuss the scope and requirements of a project and how it fits into the bigger picture of Seller experience. You may lead workshops and meetings to generate inputs to the design process and then have focus time to work on those designs. You may have multiple projects occurring simultaneously and will be responsible for managing dueling priorities.
