Responsibilities The Opportunity We’re seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Developer to help design and develop user experiences for a modern data observability platform that supports enterprise-wide data monitoring and decision-making. This platform enables proactive alerting, interactive dashboards, and streamlined navigation across complex data systems — empowering both technical and business users. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on how data is visualized, understood, and acted upon across our organization. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive interfaces that turn technical insights into powerful stories. Your Impact As UI/UX Developer your scope would consist of: Design and develop user-centric interfaces for enterprise dashboards, alerts, and observability tools. Partner with product managers to translate business needs and user feedback into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Implement and maintain responsive front-end components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and design frameworks like Tailwind. Create and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistent user experience across products. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve UX. Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data visualization. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. 6+ years of experience in front-end or UI/UX development for web-based applications. Proficient in React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and responsive design principles. Strong experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. A solid portfolio showcasing clean, modern interfaces and user-focused design thinking.
