You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and collaborate on design systems and style guides. Responsibilities: * Lead the design process from research to launch, guiding the team through user-centered design workflows. * Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products. * Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions. * Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions. * Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experience of planning scoping conducting, analysing and communicating user research throughout the Agile product development lifecycle. Experience of qualitative user research methods including usability testing ethnographic observation interviews surveys contextual inquiry and focus groups. Experience of working within ann Agile scrum team, working acrosss Designers, Product Owners, Developers and other Researchers to prioritise research opportunities to support the roadmap in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment. Able to demonstrate the ability to translate research findings into specific prioritised recommendations to improve product designs.
