Job Duties: Responsible for creating, evaluating and modifying prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development. As a member of the User Experience team, analyze user needs and apply software design/usability processes toward developing or modifying software solutions. Provide product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems. May assist in developing design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations. May produce specifications describing user needs and internal structures for product in development. May telecommute. (385.17375)

 

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree* in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a user experience developer-related occupation.

*In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 years of work experience.

Position requires:

Prototyping, wireframing, user flows; Mockups, user research and usability testing, information architecture, and application development; Design leadership across multiple projects, coordination of efforts with other designers; Creative problem solving in a cloud-driven enterprise software system; Familiarity with following and maintaining design systems; Conducting requirements analysis including personas, scenarios, task analysis, usability testing, and competitor analysis collaborating with other teams as necessary; Defining site structures, site maps and process flows; Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that defined solutions will meet agreed KPIs; and Enhance user experience by using customer insight data, customer feedback, user research, and product analytics to inform product innovation.
