A day in the life.
As a transformation leader, you will work closely with the COO to help structure the transformation office that will guide MMA in the next wave in its journey to operational excellence, business unification and growth.
The primary function of the transformation office will be to strategically guide the design and execution of MMA’s cross region operational excellence program. Primary responsibilities for the transformation leader will include:
Structure the workstreams, owners and charters.
Partner with regions to define work packages and execution teams.
Structure the roadmap and business case.
Set up governance and reporting mechanisms to track progress across workstreams and ensure transparency for leadership and stakeholders.
Define robust financial management processes to help govern the program.
Look around the corner and connect the dots across wider initiatives
Identify opportunities to continuously improve the transformation office ways of working and processes, informed by team feedback and evolving industry trends.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Project management: Ability to structure plans, dependencies and track through execution.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading project teams, with a focus on execution of outcomes in line with business requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts and requirements.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex execution challenges.
Financial Management: Proven ability to manage team budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized effectively to meet project and departmental goals.
Mentorship: A commitment to mentoring and empowering team members, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous learning.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
5-8 years of experience in a project management role including significant leadership experience.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or cloud certifications).

The applicable base salary range for this role is $101,900 to $189,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
