Core Responsibilities
Coordinate the maintenance and development of training workbooks and other training tools used by the Training organizationIdentify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managersDraw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectationsConduct effective induction and orientation sessionsMonitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them accordinglyProvide opportunities for ongoing developmentResolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessaryMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practicesRequired Skills & Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Training ManagerTrack record in designing and executing successful training programsFamiliarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in digital transformation and AI-driven solutions for training improvement is preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop and mentor supervisors and/or trainersExpertise in designing and implementing training and quality frameworks that address program specific needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at mid-senior level.Moderate project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and ensure alignment with program and company objectives.Entry level versed in AI-driven tools and technology platforms related to training management.Proficient in Microsoft Office programsCapable of leading teams in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverableAble to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employeesStrong attention to detailAvailable to work a flexible scheduleAvailable for occasional travelLocation:
