This includes managing room reservations, coordinating training locations, and maintaining orderliness throughout the process. **Key Responsibilities** + Coordinate logistics for training, including room reservations, set-up, and managing necessary equipment and materials. + Act as the primary contact for all training-related inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly and effectively. + Work closely with the HR team on attendance related concerns of new hires + Create and maintain an organized schedule for all training sessions to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth operations. + Administer and document detailed records of all training programs, participants, and outcomes for future reference and assessment. + Continuously monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting programs as necessary for maximum impact. + Ensure training spaces are kept clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials. + Coordinate with external vendors or trainers, if necessary, to deliver specialized training. **Work Hours** + Standard Hours (Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm) + Supporting a 24/7 plant structure, so occasional support when needed. **Education & Experience - Required** + Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. + Experience in a start-up environment or similar fast-paced environment + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple training events simultaneously. + Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative to adapt in a dynamic work environment. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **This position does not support immigration sponsorship.** The range for this position is $40,304.00 - $55,418.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
