**Purpose of the Position**
The Training Coordinator for our new Hemlock Wafer Plant is responsible for the comprehensive organization, scheduling, and execution of all training programs during the crucial start-up phase of our operations. This includes managing room reservations, coordinating training locations, and maintaining orderliness throughout the process.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate logistics for training, including room reservations, set-up, and managing necessary equipment and materials.
+ Act as the primary contact for all training-related inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.
+ Work closely with the HR team on attendance related concerns of new hires
+ Create and maintain an organized schedule for all training sessions to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
+ Administer and document detailed records of all training programs, participants, and outcomes for future reference and assessment.
+ Continuously monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting programs as necessary for maximum impact.
+ Ensure training spaces are kept clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
+ Coordinate with external vendors or trainers, if necessary, to deliver specialized training.
**Work Hours**
+ Standard Hours (Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm)
+ Supporting a 24/7 plant structure, so occasional support when needed.
**Education & Experience - Required**
+ Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
+ Experience in a start-up environment or similar fast-paced environment
+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple training events simultaneously.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The range for this position is $40,304.00 - $55,418.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
