Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and direct training and staff development programs for our organization. This role involves collaborating with the leadership team to ensure effective implementation of training initiatives and supporting all team member relations and Human Resources policies, programs, and practices. The Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resources Department Leader to provide HR support and guidance to all team members. Flexibility to work on different shifts as needed to complete training sessions is required. If you have strong organizational and planning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and experience in Human Resources and staff development, we invite you to apply and join our dedicated HR team.What we are looking for:
High School diploma or GED is required1-3 years of training experience or a 4-year degree in training is requiredPreferred qualifications:
Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office is requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferredAbility to operate standard office equipment is requiredPresentation capability in front of an audienceAbility to go on the production floor on all shiftsCertification in Forklift, PIT, and Crane operation required, or must be obtained within one month of employmentTraining material developmentUnderstand the 4 different training methods to ensure the best training retention with the BGM Team MembersSite Benefits:
