Principal responsibilities

Assist in the coordination of various central projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among teams.Support the business managers by maintaining project documentation, reports, etc.Help in the tracking and reporting of project progress, identifying any potential obstacles and providing solutions.Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and feedback for ongoing projects.Facilitate logistics for the visit of HSBC Global or senior personnel, and arrange catering and onsite setup as needed.Schedule, organize and participate in meetings, prepare summaries of discussions and action items, manage reminders with prioritizes.
