We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofAssociate Director, Software Engineering

In this role, you will:

Define and implement holistic test strategy for large scale enterprise applicationDefine and implement quality assurance practice to enable frequent enhancements to enterprise application with impacting resilience and availability of the application.Identifying risks and escalating issues on time, to the right stakeholders.Managing testing team members across multiple PODs/projects and implementing best practice to ensure efficient, utilization of testing resources.Identify and manage all changes over projects and perform regression testing.Candidate should have good communication skills project management skills. Experience of executive reporting will be preferred
