Req ID: 75491 Description Position Summary: Develops, evaluates and releases efficient testing solutions to mass production. Designs test hardware and develops test program that complies with the test specifications and procedures of new products. Improves the testing methodologies continuously to achieve high level of quality. Qualifies and releases new automatic testing equipment, new hardware upgrades and system software updates and new releases. Responsibilities Develop ATE RF test solutions for highly integrated PA and LNA based modules. Applicant will be responsible for test plan development and HW/SW implementation from device specifications. Test implementation will include package level responsibilities during device development. Position requires strong back-ground in hardware and software development on ATE platforms. Experience in performing bench level measurements, correlation and de-bug also required. Improvement efforts to achieve test time reduction, test quality improvements, yield enhancement, etc. Responsible for new platform development and qualification and Test Techniques and Strategies Development. Required Experience and Skills Requirements: BS Engineering Major in Electronics, Electrical or related degree. Experience developing RF measurement techniques and capability from DC-6.0 GHz. Excellent organization skills as well as strong verbal and written communication. Semiconductor industry/manufacturing environment experience required. Familiarity with C/C++ programming is required. Familiarity and use of RF ATE and bench test setup including Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzers, Power meters, Signal Generators. Candidate with experience testing GSM/EDGE/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE/FDD-LTE measurements at a system or component level is preferred.
