What you will do:
After an intensive training on products, biosecurity, and our farm to fork approach on animal production, you will be responsible for servicing existing contracts and the sales management of our Partners in your area along with seeking new opportunities for growth.
Managing the Sales Budget of your area with an ambition and commitment to achieve growth target.Technical support: Answering on all types of technical questions related to our products, CIP cleaning, udder care, Dairy farm biosecurity, proposing solutions (with support of Global Animal Health Technical Support and Product Management).Work with the different stakeholders in the farms and companies to ensure the hygiene protocols are well-designed and executed.Commercial coordination such as follow-up on pricing, orders, together with the Business development manager Greater China and our local operation team (finance, supply chain etc.)Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with your partners, key accounts and key opinion leaders in your territory.Improving skills of the sales teams and technical team from our local partners: through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts.Reporting sales activities, market trends, competitor activities and market intelligence data.Cooperating cross-divition with colleagues and the Supply Chain Team to ensure optimal product supply.Ensures that all activities are in line with compliance and code of conduct.You will report to the Business Development Manager Greater China, Global Animal Health, and together we will establish your action plan and sales targets, based on agreed strategies.Minimum Qualifications:
Local Chinese, Mandarin speaking; Can communicate in English (Written communication is a must, basic oral communication is required)In depth knowledge of Dairy farm /milk production, preferred with specific knowledge / experience with practicality of milking equipment. Background knowledge on animal health or nutritional field with Dairy cow or other species is added value.Working experience in B2B sales, dynamic and entrepreneurial (core value).Minimum a master’s degree in veterinary, animal science, food science or similar fields.Willingness to travel 60% of your time in your territory.Hands on attitude, willingness to discover and solve problem in the field.Preferred Qualifications
