If so, you would thrive in our collaborative team environment, where your success in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth will be supported and celebrated.About the TeamThe Territory Account Manager will join our team based in Kuwait, primarily focusing on sales for the Iraq region. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for selling Nutanix Products and Solutions through Channel Partners, leveraging alliances and ISVs, and interacting directly with customers. You will also be working closely with a Pre-Sales Specialist in your territory. You will report to the Sr. Regional Manager, who emphasizes the importance of attitude and teamwork. The manager encourages an open environment where team members can raise issues and seek support, promoting a culture of collaboration and friendship. This role requires significant travel to the assigned territory. Your RoleAs a Territory Account Manager, you will be a key player within the Nutanix field sales team to drive new business sales and expansion to the install base. Demonstrate strong expertise in technical specifications required to sell Nutanix products and services to customers.Possess an aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems and the competitive landscape.Work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.Target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.Use SFDC and strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.Articulate the Nutanix value proposition, features, product messages, and positioning.Manage and nurture key client relationships to drive customer success and retention.Develop and execute a territory plan to grow the Nutanix portfolio within strategic accounts.Conduct contract negotiations and effectively manage renewals for existing accounts.Engage in pipeline generation activities to create new business opportunities.Participate in marketing initiatives and engage with customers to strengthen partnerships and drive sales.What You Will Bring8+ years of proven IT sales experience within the Levant region.Strong client relationship management and customer success orientationA track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in multiple, continuous years.Deep understanding of the customers in the region and how the drive for simplicity, cloud-first strategies, and cost savings can build positive relationships and deliver significant sales success.An entrepreneurial spirit with an affinity for growth, collaboration, and teamwork.Keen ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions and organizations within your assigned accounts.Technical acumen in technology sales, especially in infrastructure or cloud servicesExcellent negotiation and contract management skillsHighly organized, with deep knowledge of account planning and strategy.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however, certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.--
