In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Deliver assigned projects within agreed scope, cost budgets, timescales & quality. Manages and reports all resource demand and financial aspects Be proactively involved in management of change and risk. Apply PMO project execution methodology to all projects. Ensure that all project administration is completed and project files are maintained. Review proposals and contracts. Provide leadership to the project team members and promote an environment conducive to successful team interaction. Lead internal project process improvement efforts. Work with Emerson engineering functions to ensure adequate staffing of assigned projects to meet the requirements and forecast of resources required for the project is well communicated and planned.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Engineering degree or equivalent knowledge; Proven experience in a systems, software, process automation or application engineering capacity with relevant project and technical management experience. Proficiency in English and another language preferred (verbal and written); excellent communicator Basic financial knowledge and exposure to project planning. Strong social skills and excellent customer sense Interpersonal skills to build partnerships at the business management level of key customers as well as with key sub-suppliers.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
