Telesales Manager/Direct SalesWhat does a successful Telesales Manager do at Fiserv?
The purpose of a Telesales Manager is to convert leads from bank partner referrals and website site referrals.
Our goal is to help clients grow their businesses by providing fast efficient payment processing to reduce queuing time in store, as well as deploying value added services that drive differentiation. We offer our clients a comprehensive range of payment processing solutions designed to drive greater in-store and online customer traffic, such as online, in-store, over the phone and on-the-go payment acceptance solutions.
What you will do:
Achieve revenue and margin growth targets across the referral relationshipManage the retention of the existing business client base and employ strategies to drive customer satisfaction and higher levels of business retentionNew business sales at acceptable profit levels, by means of cold canvassing, referrals and direct marketingCompletion and submission of all necessary paperworkPreparation of regular activity report as required by the Sales ManagerKeep clients informed of company offerings (e.g. new features in services, products and process movements)Maintain data integrity through the use of SalesforceWhat You Will Need To Have:
Bachelor’s degree preferredSuccessful track record in sales and/or call center with 3 years’ experience.Strong relationship & network building skillsAdvanced listening and communication skills particularly verbal presentation & writtenAbility to prospect/canvass, e.g. cold calling for lead generation, researching prospective markets/locationsSound understanding of financial/business conceptsStrong negotiation skills (particularly client contract negotiations)Strong time management and organizational abilitySound problem solving / conflict resolution skills; particularly the ability to deal with difficult customersStrong PC and Microsoft Office skillsThank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
