Technology Learning ManagerWhat does a successful Technology Learning Manager do?
As the Technology Learning Manager, you will drive the enterprise technology learning strategy. You will focus on creating innovative learning solutions and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will work in a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to enhance the learning experience for technology professionals globally across all business areas.
What you will do:
Execute the enterprise technology learning strategy, building principles and guidelines to ensure effective learning experiences.Manage the technology resources and content, which includes designing role-based learning paths and establishing performance expectations, promotion guidelines, and recognition systems (e.g., badges).Oversee the integration of global technology learning curricula into the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide mentorship to business leaders on effectively utilizing technology training content.Collaborate and support HR, Talent Acquisition, Enterprise Talent Development to assess and align needs with learning opportunities and initiatives.Support Early Career programs and partner with leadership to advance Technology university relations, including the development of tech intern and analyst program strategies.Manage enterprise technology learning vendor relationships to achieve cost efficiencies and enhance learning resources.Collaborates with technology learning leaders to facilitate local training development efforts, providing guidance on vendor selection and LMS administration, while addressing gaps through collaboration with global Learning resources.Supports the identification of measures for success/impact of technology learning, including the return on investment of related investments (e.g., increase in technology associate performance, increased technology internal mobility, lower attrition, increased diverse representation at senior levels)What you will need to have:
Experience in learning and development including developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategiesExperience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning tools6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational, work and/or military experienceWhat would be great to have:
Bachelors degreeExperience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contractsExperience analyzing learning dataExperience creating and presenting on training program and skill initiativesProgram or project management experience.Background of Organization Development and/or Human ResourcesImportant info about this role:

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
