Air Traffic Control Systems Operation and Maintenance Team
To effectively carry out the operation and maintenance support, installation, testing and commissioning of CAD systems to meet the specifications and required standards, lead a small team to carry out fault diagnosis and provide rectification plan/solution as well as investigation report.To ensure specified CAD / ICAO standards according to the prescribed maintenance proceduresTo ensure that high reliability and availability of communication services are met within ICAO / CAD specificationsTo maintain minimum ATC system service outage within his/her watch by ensuring conversant system recovery procedure among his team membersTo optimize/prioritize resource allocation in the event of multiple system outage to minimize the impact to the overall ATC servicesTo manage the allocated resources in the most cost-effective wayTo improve the system availability by analysis of technical problems and making recommendationsTo design and construct replacement parts for obsolete systemsTo maintain adequate spare parts by analysis consumption trends and lead time requiredTo report on general conditions of all stations and accept repair works by contractors on behalf of CADTo maintain an up-to-date knowledge on related technologies to be able to provide high quality services and adviceThe Person
Academic/Professional Qualifications and Working ExperienceUniversity degree Higher Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunication / Computer / Software / Information Technology / Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines, and with at least 6 years of working experience in operating and maintaining large-scale electronic equipment / system; with 3 years of which is in a supervisory position.

With at least 8 years of working experience in operating and maintaining the Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems for international airport(s).
Knowledge/ExpertiseSound knowledge in:
(a) Electronics and/or Radio Techniques for Air Traffic Control (ATC) Systems
(b) Information & Communication Technologies, including VHF, microwave communication, data communication and … etc
Team supervisory and leadership skillGood team player, customer-focused mind set, open-mindedness, proactive, result/service oriented, total quality management and safety concept with strong logical analytical, communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently under pressure with strong desire and commitment to deliver high quality of works in short noticeGood spoken and written English is a must.
