As a Technical Services Supervisor you'll play a major role in the success of our deliverables, supporting a team of project engineers responsible for manufacturing parts under development.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: 

Support your team by providing direct supervision of day-to-day operations from shop floor to product development, and by ensuring the implementation of best practices in OHS, productivity and quality.

Manage priorities in collaboration with your internal customers while minimizing turbulence and impact on your team.

Become a reference in your field of expertise in terms of work methods, tools and equipment required to ensure optimal performance of your team.

Ensure the development and training of your team.

Promote good labor relations in partnership with the Human Resources team and the Labor Relations Committee.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 

College education in engineering or DEP in machining technology. Any relevant experience will also be considered.

Experience in direct supervision.

Mechanical knowledge as well as a broad knowledge of BRP products.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a partnership mode.

Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Good organizational skills, good management of priorities and sense of initiative.

Knowledge of Google, Word, Excel and SAP.
