Technical Project Manager + **Location** Billund, Denmark + **Job ID** 0000024963 + **Category** Engineering & Science **Job Description** **Lead the Future of technology management as Our Next Technical Project Manager!** We're looking for a dynamic **Technical Project Manager** to drive initiatives — from expanding factory capacity to qualifying new suppliers, technologies and maintaining existing technologies and supplier relations! **Core Responsibilities** + Drive projects of varying sizes, including strategic and complex projects within the Service Area team. Examples of projects could be capacity expansion and retrofit of existing factory set-up, implementation of platform equipment and new technologies, leading technical qualification of new suppliers and technologies. All projects are managed in close collaboration with stakeholders, team members and key technical partners. + Drive activities supporting running operation and apply end-to-end thinking throughout the projects/activities and ensure proper integration into the Service Area platform portfolio and Service Area team once a project/activity is finalized. + Responsible and accountable for ensuring coherence, communication and collaboration both upwards, sidewards and downwards in the organization and towards externals. + Encourage and inspire people to be open minded and flexible to new ideas. Involve and engage with team and other colleagues to share findings and develop capabilities. + Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction with respect to involvement, communication, execution, quality, time and cost. **Play your part in our team succeeding** MD&I Moulding is a global organization of project managers, platform owners and technology specialists. We are responsible for the global moulding production set-up. We lead the technology development supporting the LEGO® Groups targets on performance, safety and sustainability, as well as the design, planning and implementation of the technologies in our factories across the globe. **Do you have what it takes** The ideal candidate brings proven experience in leading projects (local and global projects), a solid track record of delivering strong results through project management, and technical knowledge within electrical and/or mechanical engineering. Moreover, they bring: + E2E business understanding + Hands-on experience from shopfloor/production, including thriving with shopfloor fieldwork. + Great communication – written and verbal - and stakeholder management skills + Striving for continuous improvement on both product and processes. + Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. + High collaboration mentality and skills, including ability to lead others in projects. + High quality demands for own and others work.
