If you're passionate about creating meaningful digital journeys and building long-term relationships with users through innovative identity solutions, this is your chance to make an impact—brick by brick! **Core Responsibilities** + Define and be responsible for the respective product roadmap while taking ownership for the value delivery of the specific product area using your digital experience and growth focus + You will be the main driver in actively researching user needs and apply the resulting insights, running continuous product discoveries and managing/ prioritizing backlog + Engage and work hand in hand with Engineers, Designers, and other partner team members to conceptualize, assemble and refine the product backlog + Analyze and interpret user need and business strategies to define problem statements to build strong user stories and acceptance criteria with the product team + Support the team in achieving the product vision and guiding members with clear communication of goals and objectives, while establishing metrics for measuring success + Actively participate and lead where appropriate in the relevant agile ceremonies and ensure availability to answer questions and provide mentorship + Take end-to-end ownership of the product delivery through development, release and ongoing iteration + Closely collaborate with the other product managers, the product leader and partners such as data analysts, customer service, marketing, content, child safety and legal + Be the single point of contact for the specific product area to all supporting collaborators and domains. + Take full responsibility with the team for the availability and scalability of Identity Platform, especially when it comes to high seasons or major campaigns. **Play your part in our team succeeding** This role will be in the Ecosystem Engagement product line in our outstanding Digital Consumer Engagement department, whose responsibility covers a wide variety of digital products across our kids and adult experiences plus quite a few platform services in the ecosystem. We build products, experiences, and tools to engage new and existing users to power their love for the LEGO brand for building. Some of the products in our digital ecosystem are LEGO.com, LEGO Play app, LEGO Builder app, LEGO Ideas and LEGO Magazine. As a technical product manager, you will use your superpower leading a passionate and experienced product team working on identity platform to provide the child safe and compliant one account experience for Consumers and Shoppers across all the digital experiences in the LEGO Group. Together with the team, you are going to focus on enhancing the foundation of LEGO Account product and enabling other digital product experiences for building long lasting relationships with our consumers and shoppers. You ensure the development stays aligned with delivering the highest user value while contributing to the overall product scaling and strategy. **Do you have what it takes?** + Demonstrated experience as a Technical Product Owner/Manager, with the ability to work within agile product teams together with engineering and design + Ability to understand technical challenges and take informed decisions in collaboration with engineers + Experience in working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Databricks, PowerBI, GitHub, Figma + Preferably technical knowledge on Identity and Access Management domain, including Single-Sign-On, OIDC + Preferably experience in working with AI + A proven track record to translate strong user empathy into tangible outcomes that people love + Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions, with a solid foundation in data analytics + Strong ability to communicate, listen to and collaborate successfully with a variety of collaborators across domains in a complex organization. + Ability to balance priorities from many different customers and partners + Proficient in defining and measuring success, establishing goals and breakthroughs framework or KPI´s The position is based in Copenhagen.We do not offer relocation assistance for this position.
