**Core Responsibilities**
As a Tech Ops Specialist, you will play a crucial role inmaintaining, tracking, andoptimizinghardware and software resources across LEGO Game. You will ensure that all teams have the necessary tools, access, and infrastructure to work efficiently, collaborating closely with internal IT and other departments to streamline operations. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Maintaining, cataloging, and documenting hardware and software used across LEGO Game teams, ensuring all team members have access to the necessary platforms and tools.
+ Setting up and managing software licenses, permissions, and configurations, while liaising with internal IT teams to resolve technical issues.
+ Monitoring and improving development workflows, deployment processes, and system performance, andassistingin automating andoptimizinginfrastructure.
+ Supporting onboarding processes to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and access.
+ Keeping track of emerging technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and security.
+ Collaborating with teams tofacilitatesmooth operations and address any technical challenges that arise.

Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
**Do you** **have** **what it takes?**
+ Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, IT administration, or system management, along with familiarity with cloud platforms as a plus.
+ Some experience with scripting is beneficial but notrequired.
+ A structured and meticulous approach to tracking and managing software and hardware resources, complemented by strong problem-solving skills.
+ A proactive approach to troubleshooting and addressing technical challenges.
Moreover, it would be great if you have
+ Superb communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT and game development teams.
+ A passion for gaming and an interest in the gaming industry is a bonus!
