Your Day to Day

Work closely with value streams and architects to understand their needs 
and translate them into technical requirements.Establishing a strong engineering culture within the backend chapter, with 
focus on code quality, scalability and maintainabilityLead technical discussions within the team and be the go-to person for the 
team for guidance and troubleshootingSet up solid process and practices around code quality, conventions and 
standardsHelp delivery teams in grooming and prioritisation of Technical DebtsDevelop and communicate the product vision to developers, ensuring 
alignment with business goals.Continuously reviewing and maintaining the Product Team Backlog to 
ensure it remains up to date, relevant, and aligned with the product vision 
and goals.Guaretee that Epics and User Stories are well-formed and aligned with 
product strategy.Calculate and align the capacity for user stories to ensure timely and 
successful product delivery.Participate in PI sessions to ensure the team has a clear understanding of the 
backlog and prioritization.Participate in sprint planning meetings, providing clear guidance on what 
needs to be built and why.Track the progress of the development team, ensuring that deliverables meet 
the required standards and timelines.Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from soludion 
outline to deployment and continuous improvement.Drive change management processes, including all development release, 
quality asurance, and product documentation.Gather and analyze the stakeholders feedback to continuously improve the

Who We Are Looking For

University degree or adequate equivalent work experience in B2C IT.Proven experience as a Tech Lead.Strong understanding of SAFe, excellent communication skills, and the 
ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Technical understand about python, Node.Js, and development 
methodologies.Expertise in all common AWS Cloud technologies, Knowledge of CI/CD 
tools and workflows.
PMI InternalProven track record in building highly available and scalable distributed 
systems.A keen eye to quality with regards to following and establishing good 
coding practices, improving code coverage.A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for creating products. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong 
relationships with developers and stakeholders.Good communication skills, should be able to articulate thoughts and ideas 
to engineering and non-engineering audiences.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Analytical and results oriented
