Join us as Team Manager for Network Modules, Quality, and Production Support and take on a pivotal role within our Electronics Development department. You’ll lead a newly established team responsible for two core areas: developing cutting-edge network modules and supporting key functions like quality assurance, production, and lifecycle management. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Lead and develop a newly formed team working on both network module development and electronics production support.Define and communicate a clear team vision aligned with company goals; inspire innovation and collaboration.Oversee hardware and firmware development for network modules, ensuring top performance and quality.Collaborate closely with New Product Development Team to integrate emerging technologies.Drive robust quality assurance and testing processes for reliable product outcomes.Lead the industrialization process from ramp-up to full-scale production.Manage interfaces with EMS providers, ensuring seamless manufacturing workflows.Oversee product lifecycle management to maintain and improve product efficiency and reliability.Act as a key liaison between your team, production departments, and senior management.WHAT YOU BRING
Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.10+ years of experience in electronics development, especially in network module design (hardware & firmware).Proven leadership experience in managing and developing technical teams.Deep knowledge of RF design, networking technologies, and product industrialization.Strong track record in vision-driven team leadership and innovation delivery.Excellent understanding of quality assurance and testing methodologies.Experience working with EMS providers and managing product lifecycle processes.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in German and English to work effectively in an international environment.OUR OFFERING
