Job Title: Team Leader - Late/Night Shift (on site) Job Description The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability. This role will be based on-site at the Maysfield contact centre and will cover the hours between 6pm and 7am rotational over 7 days per week.
