Location/Division Specific Information

Join our collaborative team in Lenexa, Kansas, within the Microbiology division. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards!

Shift

Standard: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Thursday - Sunday

Flexible Options:

Friday - Monday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PMSaturday - Tuesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

A day in the Life:

Coordinate daily lab operations for the weekend shiftLead team to meet on time completion of testingLead laboratory investigationsResolve testing issues and ensure materials available for testingTrack metrics for testing completionEnsure good documentation practices and compliance with FDA and ISO regulations

Keys to Success:

Education

4-year degree in the biological sciences, preferably microbiology, required

Experience

1+ years working in a laboratory setting1+ years in a supervisory or leadership roleExperience working in a regulated environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Effective communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks
