Handling of chemicals and solvents may be required. Performs operations outside own department when needed with no direct supervision. Advanced understanding of processes and good troubleshooting skills. Critical thinker and problem solver with good communication skills. Relies on SOPs and production schedule following pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works independently. Ability to operate various equipment and hand tool in assigned areas with no supervision. Minimum 5+ years’ experience, preferably in manufacturing and or/warehousing in the biotechnology, chemical or food manufacturing industries preferred or GMP related industry. Strong oral and written communication skills with interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to follow detailed-technical directions. Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Good interpersonal and organizationals skills.
