**Role Overview:**
Under the direction of the Talent Business Partner, you will provide day-to-day guidance and support on standard HR related issues and inquires for the Torreon, Coahuila Facility. The Talent Advisor will lead employee relations, partner with managers and employees on ad hoc questions/requests, help provide clarity to talent processes and support Workday activities. You will get involved in more strategic talent initiatives in partnership with other talent functions work such as organizational design, management training needs, and internal mobility.

**To be successful in this role you will:**
**Talent Processes**
+ Provide program support to Talent Management in the following areas: Annual Performance Review Process, Strategic Talent Review, Internal Mobility
**Employee Relations & Compliance:**
+ Support teams on the appropriate actions and plans required to respond to employee issues and concerns.
+ Maintain positive employee relations by creating a responsive, open environment, where employees feel safe to speak up.
+ Facilitate the off-boarding process.
+ Interpret Exit Survey data and escalate feedback.
+ Conduct and document internal investigations into employee complaints.
+ Support compliance related projects.
+ Resolve escalated HR issues and inquiries.
**Organizational Design:**
+ Assist in change management for business transformations.
+ Participate in the process of creating job families and career progression for assigned teams.
+ Partner with managers to support org/structure change.
+ Assist in the design of new policies/programs.
+ Update job descriptions for teams or departments.
+ Lead HR Project of varying size and scope that may span across HR or business units.
**Employee Experience:**
+ Provide support for Employee Experience programs (i.e., engagement survey, skip level meetings, exit interviews, stay interviews, action planning, etc.)
+ Use data and analytics to gain insight into employee feedback, provide personalized and relevant experiences, as well as development opportunities.
+ Cultivate an inclusive and supportive working environment for all employees.
**Miscellaneous:**
+ Develop, document, and recommend continuous improvement of HR Processes, procedures, or programs to deliver innovative solutions.
+ Provide monthly reports and analysis of various employee data as requested leadership.
+ Organize, complete and present projects as assigned by leadership within specified time frames.
+ Capable of assisting the Recruitment department during peak hiring seasons
**Education and Experience Requirements**
+ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ You have a minimum of 3 years of progressive business experience.
+ Intermediate level of English required (please upload resume in English)
+ Strong background in employee coaching, employee engagement and talent development.
+ Previous HR Generalist experience.
+ Strong business acumen and aptitude to quickly build rapport with employees/managers.
+ Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the leadership team.
Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:
+ Working knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations relating to the human resources field.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ High level of attention to detail and accuracy required
+ A sense of urgency, with the ability to be agile in ever-changing environments.
+ The ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment and diplomacy.
