We will count on you to:

Develop and manage the talent acquisition project roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's human resources strategy.Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to identify talent needs and design effective solutions.Implement and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.Facilitate communication and collaboration among the various teams involved in talent acquisition.Identify and mitigate risks associated with talent acquisition projects.Provide regular reports on project progress to senior management.Promote best practices in project management within the Talent Acquisition team.Strong working knowledge of end-to end HR processes, practices and standards and experience in designing, improving and implementing HR processes.

What you need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the area of talent acquisition.Solid organizational and time management skills including attention to detail.Experience working within complex (international) environments.Ability to work both independently and as a part of a virtual teams and within tight deadlines.Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationship across the HR organization and beyond.Deep knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection.Strong ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Spanish.Familiarity with the Lean Six Sigma methodology and RPA would be highly regarded.
