As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Syngenta, you will provide a first-class recruiting experience for the French and Belgian markets, managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
In this regards your key responsibilities include:
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategiesWrite creative job adverts and manage candidate workflows in the ATSConduct active sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer managementOptimise use of CRM systems through proactive talent pooling and recruitment marketingCollaborate with HRBPs to anticipate future needs and develop talent attraction strategiesParticipate in projects to enhance client experience and recruitment process efficiencyManage external recruitment agencies when neededCompany Description

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Demonstrable international experience as a recruitment/talent acquisition partner, ideally in a global, matrix organisationProven ability to recruit in complex, narrow candidate markets across multiple geographiesDeep knowledge of recruiting best practices and various sourcing methodologiesStrong communication skills with fluency in English and French (additional languages advantageous)Ability to influence stakeholders, analyse data, and solve complex problemsAdditional Information
