Talent Acquisition Partner

     ACCOUNTABILITY:

 

This role is accountable for partnering with people leaders to identify, attract and acquire high-performance workforce to strengthen organizational capabilities in company focused areas.

 

     RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Acts as a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition (TA) and trusted partner to people managers in understanding business needs and providing consultancy in all talent acquisition aspects, including policy, process, technology, and best practices, etc. Performs talent acquisition activities from scoping stage to offering stage in compliance with Global TA Process, SLAs and Policies, ensures that vacancies are filled, tactfully achieving KPIs in terms of quality, speed, and cost Creates and maintains a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process Collaborates with HR Partners in influencing the Hiring Manager and key stakeholder to effectively address challenges and develop solutions for hard-to-fill and critical roles. Leads the China/APAC TA related initiatives to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of TA process, strategically address local talent attraction challenges and strengthen TA capabilities. Builds strong network within regional Talent & Culture team as well as Global TA team; participate in global TA projects; share best practices and TA insights. Keeps up with trends of the relevant talent market, utilizes market insights to facilitate people leaders in formulating attraction strategy for specific talent needs. Maintains positive relationships with local universities and leads the campus recruitment activities based on business needs. Administrates China-based TA related vendors, such as job portals, agencies, and Application Programming Interface (API) vendor.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree Minimum 5 years’ working experience dedicated in talent acquisition field Experience in HR system, such as SAP, SuccessFactors is a plus

Comprehensive knowledge of full lifecycle talent acquisition process and practices Holds high standards in work quality with result-driven mindset Excellent in interpersonal and consultative skills Strong in analytical and critical thinking skills Proficient in written and verbal English
