You work in Mondelēz International Digital Services, coordinating your duties to support impeccable service operations. In this role, you work with other employees to ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.
**How you will contribute**
When you receive a request that is pertinent to your area of responsibility, you will review and co-ordinates activities to respond to that request, communicating progress to clients and scheduling meetings as appropriate, and ensuring service quality is delivered. Good technical writing skills are necessary in this role because you will write documentation and follow up on down-stream processes. In addition, you will manage the filing and storage of documentation, ensuring that Mondelēz International complies with the appropriate data privacy and legal requirements. You will also initiate and follow up on activities as required by third-party vendors, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data and produce and analyze reports as required, and recommend and take action on opportunities for continuous improvement.
**High - Level Responsibilities**
Operational Delivery:
+ Accountable for having and maintaining up-to-date deep Talent Acquisition knowledge enabling the coordinator to support with key moments that matter during the candidates recruitment journey
+ Possesses a strong working knowledge of enabling technologies, systems (e.g. Workday) and processes
+ Possesses the relevant language skills, therefore is effectively able to support both managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
+ Responsible for escalating queries for support to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator Lead or Talent Acquisition Advisor where appropriate
+ Manages external interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers and arranging assessment logistics
+ Works with Talent Acquisition Advisors and Leads to deliver recruitment administration activities
+ Leads scheduling of external candidate interviews
+ Delivers process for candidate reimbursement and invoice processing
+ Works with Talent Acquisition Advisor to schedule and prepare onboarding sessions
+ Responsible for offer proposal for internal hires as well as contract/offer letter generation for internal and external hires
+ Processes new joiners – both internal and external, e.g. inputting new employee data
+ Accountable for execution of all Talent Acquisition Coordination processes, policies and standard operating procedures
+ Delivers process for manual job board postings, background screening/ medical checks
+ Manages the offer documentation, onboarding and hiring processes up to start date with Mondelez; Partners with other workstreams on processing of start date changes
**Continuous Improvement:**
+ Collaborates with other workstreams to ensure employee data captured during recruitment process feeds effectively to downstream systems and processes
+ Drives an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience and manages candidate communities
+ Responsible for delivery of operational procedures through Key Performance Indicator and Service-Level Agreement and identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities

**What you need to know about this position:**
**Education / Certifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
**Job specific requirements:**
+ 1–2 years of relevant Talent Acquisition Coordinating experience – knowledgeable with interview scheduling, compliance checks, internal controls, and the pre-employment process
+ Attention to details is a must.
+ Proficient in using systems such as Workday (applicant tracking system / offer management tool) and ServiceNow (ticketing tool)
+ Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills, required.
+ High-level of integrity in handling confidential matters, required.
+ Capable of managing internal offers that involve higher-level stakeholders, advantage.
+ Willing to support any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
