Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe T&E domain manager is in charge of team (T&E injection Engineer) to complete development of tools, equipment and associated processes to reach FIS targets of Quality, Cost, Delivery within FCP & PMS requirements and to deliver components according to drawings/specifications.
The team mission is to define, develop and validate tools, equipment and associated processes:
to reach Tooling & Equipment transfer to plant on time, MPT and SOP on time and right first timeto ensure product / process robustness according to customer specification within FIS production system requirementsfrom Program Award / latest Program Kick-off until tool, equipment and associated process validationYour profile and competencies to succeedThe ideal candidate will have/be:
Master's degree in engineering, or significant professional experience Minimum 10 years of proven experience in injection domain, tooling manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive sectorMinimum 5 years of team management (more than 10 persons )Strong engineering mindset ,problem solving skill Strong leadership ,and excellent communication skills Result oriented with strong written and oral communication skillsKnowledge in project management processAble to work in a multicultural environmentEnglish mandatory, and customer’s language strongly encouraged
