Job Responsibilities:
Develop, design and improve the operational systems, processes and policies to support Magna's Top Priorities: World Class Manufacturing, Innovation, Leadership DevelopmentDevelop linkages to ensure alignment and accountability regarding continuous improvement within the divisionsShare best practices and lessons learned across the divisionsReview project performance and prepare status reportsStay intricately connected with technology, commercial and product applications to maintain a deep knowledge of current developments in the product lineUnderstand customer needs and then identity and implement process improvements aligned with customerAnalyze relevant data to identity large scale improvement opportunitiesMonitor and measure the impact of changes implementedDevelop metrics and analyze data for process measurement identifying indicators for future improvement opportunitiesManage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operational systems and processesUse AI technology for data analysis and data predictionProfessional Experience and Education:
Minimum completion of a University of a Sciences degree in IT or equivalent areasProfessional (5 years of experience)Experience with High Risk projectsSkills and Competencies:
