We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

Excellent incident and request handling Help attain and then maintain SLAs and KPIs Ensure system/application alerts are acknowledged and actioned Escalate issues to STO management and leadership as needed Conduct basic log analysis to identify potential data loss issues Assist in troubleshooting of system performance-related incidents Assist in the creation, configuration updates, and testing of DLP policies and Tanium workflows Support change request creation, representation, and implementation for the technology stack Provide general workstation and server troubleshooting support for the technology stack

 

Experience:

Prior experience with and understanding of Data Loss Prevention terminology and processes Familiarity with reporting tools such as PowerBi, PowerPoint, and Excel Familiarity with PowerShell scripting 1-3 years of experience in a security operations role Understanding of Windows, MacOS, and *nix operating systems Confidence in troubleshooting Good communication skills
