**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **Job Title:** SAP Systems Analyst III - B2B/Integrations **Location:** Costa Rica (Hybrid) **Division:** Information Technology **A Day in the Life** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP B2B solutions + Provide technical expertise and SAP support for B2B-related projects + Ensure successful integration of SAP B2B interfaces, primarily supporting IDoc-based EDI processes + Coordinate with middleware teams to support data mapping, configuration, and testing + Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve B2B interface issues and partner-related errors + Contribute to documentation, testing, and support planning for SAP B2B enhancements **Keys to Success** + Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment **Education** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field **Experience** + Minimum of 5 years of SAP B2B technical experience + Experience collaborating with middleware/integration teams + Strong background in SAP support, interface testing, and partner coordination + Experience supporting SAP B2B integrations in both SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA systems **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + In-depth understanding of SAP systems and IDoc processes + Familiarity with common EDI standards (XML, CXML, ANSI X12, EDIFACT) + Strong communication and teamwork capabilities + Ability to adhere strictly to timelines and deliverables **Work Environment / Physical Requirements** + Hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote work + Occasional travel may be required to support project needs **Benefits** We offer a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual incentive plan, comprehensive healthcare, and a wide range of employee benefits.
