Profile Summary:

Business Engagement Manager to manage relationships with different stakeholders, drive conversations and rise opportunities, in collaboration with the Head of Business Engagement.

The person expertise should be focused on building relationships, coordinate and manage technical stakeholders to design solutions and run the strategy defined by. This role requires a high level of initiative, communication skills, and a technical background would be very nice to have, also to drive some initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact between business areas and support teams (IT, operations, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Needs Identification: Work closely with business teams to understand their goals, challenges, and priorities. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable project specifications. Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects aligned with business priorities. Ensure that deadlines, budgets, and outcomes are met. Strategy and Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to define short- and long-term strategies and objectives. Ensure that technological or support initiatives align with the company’s vision. Problem Solving: Identify and address potential conflicts, challenges, or areas for improvement in existing processes. Provide proactive solutions and recommendations based on data analysis and trends. Effective Communication: Ensure seamless communication between teams involved in each project. Prepare and present regular progress reports, metrics, and outcomes to business leaders.

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience in similar roles focused on managing relationships, projects, or strategic initiatives. Proven experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements. Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements Customer oriented attitude to our customer willing to provide solutions for any challenge our customer is facing by having “all-ears” to any suggestion. Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills. Should able to collaborate and work as team spread across the globe Willing to interact with other support teams.
